Unlike many modern action films, SALT 2 emphasizes physical stunts and practical effects, giving the action a visceral authenticity that recalls the Bourne and Mission: Impossible franchises.

But what truly elevates SALT 2 is its thematic resonance. It questions the cost of loyalty, the murkiness of truth in the digital age, and the loneliness of those forced to live in the shadows.
